GE Capital Real Estate

Mike Bryant, Head of Asset Management - Europe

“David proactively led our efforts to ensure that GECRE was fully cognisant of all relevant sustainability issues to the extent they impacted on both our equity and debt positions. I would highlight his efforts to help us engage with our tenants to reduce their operating costs, which I believe helped confirm their commitment to our assets and thus preserve value. He always recognised the need to bring forward the economics of operating assets more efficiently as a key driver of changing behaviour and this focus coupled with his industry knowledge and vision made him a very effective leader.”
