Due to over 50% growth year on year and the rapid development of their high value optimisation service, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Senior Sales Leader to develop business opportunities within their client portfolio consisting of 35,000 buildings and £2bn energy expenditure.
In this newly created and first of its kind position, the successful candidate will be the commercial lead for their rapid growth and high value BMS Optimisation product.
Responsibilities for the position include:
Securing sales revenue and meeting quarterly targets through both key accounts and new clients possessing energy bills in excess of £200k per site Working effectively and directly with clients to maintain lasting, profitable relationships and ensuring project objectives are delivered to an excellent standard Working collaboratively as part of a high performing sales team, maintaining best practice process and procedures including managing the CRM Operating in a leadership role within the business and demonstrating core company values
The role will be best suited to an experienced business developer looking to join a forward thinking business with exciting growth potential. The successful individual will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for combating sustainability business challenges through the use of innovative technology solutions.
Requirements for the position include:
Substantial B2B sales experience and a strong track record of success, generating >£1m revenue in complex energy sales Significant BMS controls experience, with a history of selling technical energy initiatives in corporate environments Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical services underpinned by a degree in a Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or another Energy related discipline
